My kitty decided she wanted to have kittens. So now we have five little bundles of fur in the house...and they're. SO. ADAORABLE. Though the parents must be colorblind or something-two of the kittens are pure white, the other three are pure black. There's no orange, calico, yellow, blue or some other color. Just black and white. That's pretty neat.

They were born on April 6th, so they're just a few days old, but they're cute little devils, though, and right now, they ran Mamma Cat out of the house. We have them in a little box so they can't climb out...and they ruined one of my towels!!

The oldest is a white one, the second's a black kitty, the third is another white kitty, and the last two are black kittens again. Speaking of which, the Mamma Kitty is a black tabby...so who knows what the father is. I don't know any white cats in the neighborhood. Maybe she had a light-colored ancestor or something.

The reason we were so unprepared?

...We thought our cat was a male cat.


I promise I'll try and get a new art work up within the next week or so...if the newborns don't keep me busy.
